1. Processing Times
Made to order products are processed within 2 - 5 business days. If we already have the product in stock, your product will be processed faster. Handmade items such as dog tags can take up to 5 - 7 days to process.
Your parcel will be delivered within 7 - 10 business days from dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order. Delivery times may vary in remote or rural areas.

2. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee & Refunds
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, we will refund your payment. Please note, we do not provide refunds for change of mind or errors with information provided at the time of order.
Refunds will only be provided if there is an issue with the product and only if the item is returned in new condition. Please select wisely as refunds are not provided for incorrect selections. Responsibility for return shipping lies with the customer unless there was a product fault or error.

- Australia: Free standard delivery applies to all Australian domestic parcels. You may choose express delivery for a flat rate of $12 AUD.
- International: A flat rate of $20 AUD applies to all overseas parcels for standard delivery.

4. Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the site. The colours you see will depend on your monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of monitor displays. Please consider this when selecting your product.
5. Materials
Our dog tags are made with epoxy resin and coated in UV resin for extra durability. As the tags are handmade, the images shown on the website are mockups and may look slightly different than the finished product you receive.
Our glitter and heart-filled tags are very glitzy, and sometimes the text can blend with the tag itself. Please choose carefully to ensure your satisfaction. Please note: handmade items will have slight variations in color and image compared to the website pictures.
6. Payment
Upon receiving your order and payment, we aim to process the package within 2-5 days. Handmade items can take between 5-7 days to process. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
