Our handmade tags take 3–5 business days to make, and shipping times vary based on your location. Within Australia, most orders arrive within 7–10 business days from order date.

Yes, our tags are sealed to be water-resistant and weather-tough. However, we recommend removing them during excessive rough play or saltwater exposure to prolong their life.
