At The Dog Tag Co, we take pride in creating high-quality, personalised pet ID tags that are made with care and precision. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your order.

If your order isn’t quite right, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Incorrect Details After Ordering?

If you notice an error in your personalised details shortly after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your pet tag has not yet entered production, we may be able to update your engraving.

Personalised Item Errors

  • Customer entry errors: If a spelling mistake or incorrect detail was submitted at checkout and we are not notified within 1 hour the tag will be made as communicated to us. 
  • Our error: If your pet ID tag arrives with an engraving or manufacturing error caused by us, we’ll replace it free of charge and dispatch your replacement as quickly as possible.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the personalised nature of our products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. All pet tags are custom engraved specifically for your order.

For refunds or replacements, we may request:

  • A clear photo of the product
  • Return of the item for assessment (in some cases)

If a return is required due to a confirmed a fault, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge. For non-fault related returns (where applicable), a return shipping fee of $7.95 AUD may apply.

This policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Ageing of materials
  • Damage caused by everyday use or misuse
